Farm Box Curator: In Partnership with Bell’s in Los Alamos
Its one of the most elegant and heartfelt Farm Boxes weve ever created, and much of that spirit comes from the incredible Chef Daisy Ryan Bells, a family-run, French-inspired bistro nestled in Los Alamos, California. Alongside her husband Greg, shes built a restaurant that feels both timeless and deeply personal a place where French technique meets the warmth and simplicity of Californias Central Coast.
Since opening Bells in 2018, Daisy has earned a Michelin star five years running, and her cooking has been celebrated by Food & Wine, Vogue, Esquire, and The New York Times. The Farm Box reflects that same sensibility refined yet inviting, grounded in exceptional local ingredients of the Santa Ynez Valley and crafted with care. Each element speaks to Daisys belief that food should feel both special and familiar, inspired by the land, the seasons, and the joy of sharing a meal with others.
We source the best ingredients from a diverse group of small, family-run farms to help nurture a network of thoughtful growers who help heal the planet with every harvest and we strive to collaborate with farms prioritizing growing practices focused on rehabilitation, conservation of native species, and transparency Regenerative, Biodynamic, and beyond Organic principles that improve soil and water health and promote biodiversity. Each Farm Box purchase directly supports this network of farmers, earth-tenders, and producers.
