Spicy Honey

Here is a spicy jewel from the garden: our golden wildflower honey, slow-infused with Guajillo chiles. This is some of the best honey we have had, powered by plenty of early summer sun. After harvesting the honey, our chiles were gently shaved into a fine powder, then folded together. Each jar was left to steep for months, allowing the heat to sink deep into the sweet. The result? A sultry, slow-building burn irresistible to any spice lover.
