The Olives ripened slowly, building their signature depth and green intensity. The result is an oil that tastes unmistakably of this season alive with wild grass, green Almond, and a peppery finish that lingers like sunlight on the tongue.
Our Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by fourth-generation farmer Philip Asquith. His trees are grown from cuttings of centuries-old Italian varieties Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, and Koroneiki each contributing a layer of character and complexity. The Olives are hand-picked at dawn and pressed within hours of harvest, capturing that fleeting moment when fruit becomes gold.
