Holy Island Gin 35cl

Holy Island Gin is the result of extensive experimentation to achieve the ideal blend of sweet and floral notes, while maintaining the distinctive taste of juniper. Crafted on Lindisfarne’s Holy Island, using their own still acquired in 2016, this gin features eleven carefully selected botanicals including juniper, nutmeg, elderberries, sweet orange peel, and rose petal. Using traditional methods and careful attention, this small batch production yields a delicate gin bursting with flavor. ABV: 44%.
